Student Debate: NATO Public Awareness Campaign

As part of the implementation of the project "NATO Public Awareness Campaign", conducted by the Atlantic Initiative and the Center for International Relations from Banja Luka with the support of the US Embassy in BiH, a debate competition is planned to involve students from Sarajevo and Banja Luka. The purpose of the debate is to present arguments related to Bosnia and Herzegovina's integration into NATO, reports the Patria News Agency.  

The US Ambassador to BiH, Maureen Cormack, will also attend this event and address the students.

The debate competition will be held on October 28th at the "Bosnia" hotel in Sarajevo, starting at 8:30 AM. A media address is scheduled between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

The debate competition aims to bring together interested students, including those who participated in the essay writing competition on the topic "What does NATO integration mean for BiH?". The first part of the working day will feature the presentation of a publication of the best 10 essays. Awards are planned for the best debate team and the best individual debater.
