(Patria) - Ukraine's trust in NATO allies has been damaged by the delay in aid to that country, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said yesterday, a day after visiting Kyiv.
According to him, such failures indicate the need to re-examine the coordination of international military aid to Kyiv.
- We need a stronger institutional framework for our support to ensure predictability, greater accountability, and burden-sharing - Stoltenberg stated in an interview with Reuters.
He recalled his idea of creating a multi-year plan that would clearly define the contribution of each Alliance member to aid Ukraine.
