(Patria) - World pop star Sting arrived in Sarajevo on Saturday morning. Sting traveled from Romania by private jet with his band, where he held his last concert before the long-awaited birthday performance at Zetra. The rest of the technical crew and band members will arrive in Sarajevo this afternoon, where they will begin preparations for tomorrow's spectacle of the year.
The production company Avalon has accepted the request of Sting's management not to have media present at the welcome, and photos of the arrival were taken by the Avalon team.
Since U2's concert in Sarajevo at Koševo, the most powerful production machinery is arriving, consisting of six trucks and five tour buses with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, and over 50 members of the technical crew who will ensure that the audience in Sarajevo experiences a top-notch musical and stage spectacle. The concert begins tomorrow at 8 PM with a performance by Joe Sumner, who will perform for 45 minutes, after which Sting will take the stage with a setlist composed of his greatest hits.
Tickets for Sting's concert can be purchased on the portal www.kupikartu.ba, as well as at their sales points throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
