(Patria) - British Prime Minister Keir Starmer believes Joseph Biden is neither senile nor too old to be President of the USA.
Starmer told the BBC, after a one-hour meeting at the White House with Biden, that the US President is in "really good shape".
The Politico portal reminds that Biden is under immense pressure to withdraw from the election campaign for the November elections, especially after the TV debate with his opponent Donald Trump, who leads in the polls.
An increasing number of Democratic representatives, including actor and one of the party's biggest donors George Clooney, have clearly stated that Biden should withdraw from the race.
- We went through numerous topics, which was important for me, as this was my first opportunity for such a bilateral, and he showed incredible leadership.
He was in good shape and then we went to dinner together, which he hosted - Starmer revealed some details from the meeting held in Washington, as part of the NATO summit.
