A worker at the Zenica mine's separation plant, Semir Bajrami, was injured last night at his workplace, reports a reporter for the Patria News Agency.
- The injured miner was alone and there were no other colleagues who saw what happened. When his colleagues found him, he was transported to the Emergency Department of the Cantonal Hospital Zenica - Mehmed Oruč, the union president, told Patria.
Bajrami sustained serious bodily injuries and is currently at the Cantonal Hospital Zenica. A mine inspector and the mine management are on site. We remind you that the injured Bajrami was an exceptional worker and recently received an award for Miner's Day.
