Stanivuković handed over to the District Public Prosecutor's Office

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - After his 24-hour detention at the Banja Luka Police Administration expired, Draško Stanivuković, PDP MP in the National Assembly of RS, was handed over to the jurisdiction of the District Public Prosecutor's Office.

Stanivuković was detained yesterday around 6 PM when he, together with the mother of the murdered David Dragičević, wanted to light a candle in the church. He is charged with the criminal offense of causing public disorder.

Stanivuković was a participant in the Justice for David protests, and since December 25, members of the PzD group and participants of the rallies have been detained. Since Sunday evening, all traces of the father of the murdered David, Davor Dragičević, who was previously detained, have been lost.

The police have issued a search warrant for Dragičević, and it is suspected that he is no longer in Banja Luka at all.
