International agency Standard&Poor's has confirmed the credit rating: „B with stable outlook“ for Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced by the Central Bank of BiH, as reported by the Bosnian news agency Patria.
- In the explanation of this agency, it is stated that external and fiscal parameters were not compromised by last year's floods to the extent expected when this natural disaster occurred.
Analysts of the agency Standard&Poor's believe that although there is a small probability that the International Monetary Fund will approve the planned disbursements under the existing Stand-by arrangement with Bosnia and Herzegovina, they still believe that Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to receive international financial support under certain conditions.
Therefore, Standard&Poor's confirms the credit rating for Bosnia and Herzegovina with a stable outlook, based on expectations that Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to receive support from foreign creditors.
