What is stated in the conclusions of the parties from RS: The BiH Constitutional Court, the BiH Court and Prosecutor's Office are problematic, halt decision-making in BiH institutions

(Patria) - Representatives of political parties in RS, led by Milorad Dodik, held a meeting today in Banja Luka where a joint statement was drafted as a response to the statement of politicians from FBiH on the issue of state property.

Photos of the joint draft statement on state property were published by RTRS, and Dodik scheduled the signing of the statement for Monday at 3 PM.

The conclusions stated that a Law on the Cessation of Mandates of Foreign Judges should be prepared, competencies should be returned to the entities, Croatia and Serbia should be addressed to protect the Dayton Peace Agreement, and decision-making on issues from the EU recommendations should be halted until the EU treatment for both entities is equalized.

It is further stated that the jurisdiction of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH on the territory of RS will be abolished as illegal and unconstitutional bodies of BiH.
