What is more important than the budget: Ministers had obligations, the Council of Ministers of BiH will later decide on the salary base as well

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH today did not adopt the Framework Budget Document, nor the Draft Law on the Budget, nor the base for salary calculation for 2023, because the session that was supposed to continue in the afternoon due to the ministers' obligations was not continued. According to photographs sent from the Council of Ministers of BiH, Minister Elmedin Konaković and Sevlid Hurtić, who is on an official trip, were not present at the session. 

As announced, the Council of Ministers of BiH will later consider the Framework Budget Document of Institutions (DOP) of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period 2023 - 2025, and the Draft Law on the Budget of Institutions of BiH and international obligations of BiH for 2023, given that the session was not continued in the afternoon hours as planned due to the extraordinary obligations of the members of the Council of Ministers of BiH.

At that time, the Council of Ministers of BiH will also decide on the proposals of three decisions, namely on the amount of the base for salary calculation and the amount of holiday pay for employees in the institutions of BiH for 2023, as well as on amendments to the Decision on the manner and procedure for exercising the rights of employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to accommodation costs, compensation for living separately, and compensation for temporary reassignment.
