Srđan Šušnica: Dodik's regime is no longer mine, but a problem for NATO, USA, and EU

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) – Banjaluka culturologist and analyst Srđan Šušnica assessed that the Greater Serbian paramilitary formations in 2018, as in 1992, were composed of, as he stated, criminals and war dogs, all “under the careful coordination and baton of Nenad Stevandić.”

“As I said, those who call themselves Serbs in Bosnia, especially those loyal to the idea of Republika Srpska and Dodik's regime, are no longer my problem, but a problem for NATO, the USA, and the EU,” Šušnica added.

The portal Žurnal published, citing sources from the Intelligence Agency of BiH, news about paramilitary formations in the area of the BiH entity Republika Srpska.

“Srbska čast” and the youth wing “Veterani RS Powers” held a meeting on 12.12.2017 in the National Assembly of that BiH entity, where they discussed the formation of a unit composed of these two associations, which will participate in the ceremonial formation and parade on the occasion of January 9th, the unconstitutional day of Republika Srpska,” reads the documents of security agencies, which also state that the meeting “also discussed possible interventions if the opposition undertakes obstructions of the government’s work.”

The parliamentary space for the activities of “Srbska čast,” according to the same sources, was provided by Nenad Stevandić, Vice-President of the National Assembly of RS. However, he responds to Žurnal's questions that he did not notice the presence of Serbian special forces member with Russian decorations Bojan Stojković in the premises of the National Assembly of RS. “I cooperate with the Veterans of Republika Srpska and I agree that they, as NGOs, can use the premises of the National Assembly,” Stevandić said.

Before that, Stevandić admitted that he was a speaker at this gathering, which was also addressed by representatives of “Srbska čast” and representatives of the Russian association “Heirs of Victory.” At the conference, which discussed the need for anti-NATO action, Rajko Latinović from Derventa, who was registered by security services in BiH as a person trained in military camps in Russia, also spoke. Among those present was Aleksandar Stanojević from Doboj, a former member of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, while the main word was led by the presidents of the “Srbska čast” associations from RS and Serbia, Bojan Stojković and Igor Bilbija.

Šušnica also recalls the document of BiH security agencies, which states that “The President of Srbska čast from Republika Srpska, Igor Bilbija, is recruiting individuals from the criminal milieu who will form the backbone of the future paramilitary formation, while the youth organization Power is the base for recruitment.”

“All of you who bury your heads in the sand and do not see how the candle of Greater Serbian ethno-fascism is slowly burning down to a not-so-pleasant end, prepare to be collateral damage of these criminals,” concluded Šušnica, reports the Patria news agency.

The President of the BiH entity RS, Milorad Dodik, rejects allegations about the existence of paramilitary formations in the area of that part of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
