Police officers of the MUP KS yesterday deprived two persons of their liberty due to the criminal offense of aggravated theft, writes the BH news agency Patria.
- At 4:30 PM, police officers of the III Police Station deprived B.A., born in 1985 in Sarajevo, of his liberty. He was caught in the act of committing the criminal offense of aggravated theft in a passenger motor vehicle of the brand "VW Golf" on Trg solidarnosti street, municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo.
The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed, and B.A. was handed over to the Department for Detention of Detained Persons of the MUP of Sarajevo Canton.
On the same day, police officers of the III Police Station deprived A.M.A., born in 1988 in Sarajevo, of his liberty.
- He was caught in the act of committing the criminal offense of aggravated theft in a passenger motor vehicle of the brand "Renault Twingo", which was parked on Semira Frašte street, municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo. The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Sarajevo was informed about the foregoing, and legal measures will be taken against the said person.
