Special Advisor to the EUFOR Commander for Police Agencies Visited the BiH Border Police

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Director of the BiH Border Police Mirko Kuprešaković today received a visit from the Special Advisor to the EUFOR Commander for Police Agencies, Colonel of the French Gendarmerie Yves Flocon, accompanied by his associate, EUFOR Liaison Officer for Police Agencies Aleš Perko.

Director Kuprešaković expressed his satisfaction and welcomed Colonel Flocon and Officer Perko to the BiH Border Police and presented the results of the Border Police's work in the past period. During the meeting, they also discussed the security situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and illegal migrations, exchanging important information and experiences in these areas.

Director Kuprešaković and Colonel Flocon assessed the cooperation between the Border Police and EUFOR to date as successful and agreed that it would be further improved. At the end of the meeting, modalities for continuing cooperation and joint activities in the coming period were agreed upon.
