SLEEPING THE SLEEP OF THE 'RIGHTEOUS' — BiH Prosecutor's Office Mute and Deaf to the Undermining of the Constitutional Order of BiH!

The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is mute, and seemingly deaf, because since Friday, when the conclusions on taking over BiH's competencies at the level of the Republika Srpska were adopted in the National Assembly of the RS, which has been characterized as the undermining of the constitutional order, it has not spoken out!

The prosecutors, led by acting Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, had a quiet and good weekend!

Media inquiries were ignored, and no one answered the calls!?

But what could we expect from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which earlier formed a case related to the decision of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska (NSRS) on establishing an entity agency for medicines and medical devices, and to this day we have no prosecutorial decision!?

They confirmed that they had requested from the NSRS the submission of, as they stated, certain information in the case they are handling. 

And then they hid, as usually happens, and due to the fact that the investigation is ongoing, they 'cannot publish more details'.

Just as the public was deprived of more information about the 'Ikona' case, we are not surprised this time either, but we are certainly disappointed by the fact that a BiH institution such as the BiH Prosecutor's Office sleeps while the BiH Constitution is openly being undermined.

The Chairperson of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, also called on the BiH Prosecutor's Office to prosecute Milorad Dodik, whom he called an instigator and leader of a group 'that has united in undermining the constitutional order of BiH and subverting state institutions', after the parliament of the Republika Srpska on Friday evening adopted conclusions instructing the government to draft laws for that entity to exit the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

'The NSRS has abandoned the Dayton Agreement,' said Komšić, as announced by his cabinet.

And perhaps Kajganić and company will finally start working on the first working day of the week, proving that they are promoters of the rule of law, and by no means a group of political cronies appointed to high positions!
