Smajić's Vandalistic Attack on Kojović Deserves the Harshest Sanctions

The Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina strongly condemns the physical attack carried out by representative Rasim Smajić during the session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly on the president of Our Party, Predrag Kojović.

Smajić's vandalistic and completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior for the assembly benches partially reflects the kind of society we live in today, announced the SDP BiH, as reported by the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Precisely to prevent even the thought of these and similar acts in the future, the SDP BiH demands that the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, as well as the Central Election Commission, urgently impose the most rigorous sanctions on Smajić.
