CASE DOBROVOLJAČKA Trial on September 21, BiH Prosecution Withdrew Part of Witnesses

(Patria) - A status conference was held at the Court of BiH in the case "Dobrovoljačka", in which ten former officials and leading figures of the Army of the Republic of BiH and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of BiH are charged.

As stated by the presiding judge of the Trial Chamber, Darko Samardžić, who will be joined by judges Dalida Burzić and Tanja Curović, the trial will begin on September 21 with the reading of the indictment.

The BiH Prosecution announced today that it will withdraw part of the witnesses. We recall that in the proposal they listed 277 witnesses.

Judge Samardžić requested the BiH Prosecution to determine the status of the proposed witnesses, whether any have died, given that the witness list includes deceased persons.

The defenses of the accused today requested that they be granted an equal number of minutes for examining witnesses as the BiH Prosecution will use.

In the Dobrovoljačka case, the accused are Ejup Ganić, Zaim Backović, Hamid Bahto, Hasan Efendić, Fikret Muslimović, Jusuf Pušina, Bakir Alispahić, Enes Bezdrob, Ismet Dahić and Mahir Žiško.
