Assembly: Members of the Provisional Supervisory Board of Elektroprivreda BiH Confirmed

The thirty-sixth Assembly of the Public Company Elektroprivreda BiH d.d.- Sarajevo, held today in Sarajevo, adopted the Decision on the dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo due to the expiration of their appointment period - Enver Agić, Jakub Dinarević, Bahrudin Šarić, Davorin Korać, Nedžad Bukvar, Selvedin Subašić, and Fejsal Hrustanović, reports the Patria News Agency.

The Assembly of the Public Company Elektroprivreda BiH d.d.- Sarajevo also adopted the Decision on the election and appointment of members of the Supervisory Board.

On behalf of state capital, for a period until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum period of three months, Enver Agić, Milenko Obad, Selvedin Subašić, Izudin Džafić, Elvir Nezirević, and Jakub Dinarević were appointed as acting members of the Supervisory Board, while Tarik Karić was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board on behalf of the group of shareholders with over 5 percent of voting shares for a four-year term.

The Assembly of the Public Company Elektroprivreda BiH – d.d.- Sarajevo adopted the Statute on Amendments and Additions to the Statute. Amendments and additions to Articles 76, 77, and 86 of the Statute of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo were made in accordance with the new Decree of the Government of FBiH on the exercise of authority in business companies with state capital participation within the jurisdiction of the Federation of BiH ("Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" No. 44/15), which entered into force on June 11, 2015.

The Thirty-sixth Assembly also adopted the Decision on approving the proposal for the Statute on Amendments and Additions to the Statute of Hotel ELBiH d.d. Makarska. After the election and appointment of members, the constitutive session of the Supervisory Board of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo was held, as announced by the EPBiH Communications Service.
