KS Assembly Pays Tribute to Victims of Prijedor, Slain Doctor Azra Spahić and Segmedina Srna Bajramović

(Patria) - Deputies in the KS Assembly paid tribute at today's session to the late doctor Azra Spahić and the late deputy Segmedina Srna-Bajramović, as tomorrow marks one year since their premature deaths.

A Fatiha, a minute of silence, and an appropriate ceremony were held to honor all victims of Prijedor, and the deputies wore white armbands today. The Day of White Ribbons is observed every May 31st.

At today's session, Naša stranka deputy Redžo Lemezan took the oath and officially assumed his mandate.

Today, deputies submitted a series of initiatives and asked parliamentary questions to both the KS Government and relevant institutions.

An initiative was submitted by Stranka za BiH deputy Muamer Bandić, tasking the Sarajevo Canton Government and the Ministry of Finance to annul the Call for the conclusion of an out-of-court settlement for the settlement of financial claims arising from employment based on final and enforceable court judgments for employees in the organs and institutions of Sarajevo Canton, and to pay the planned financial resources according to the Law on Enforcement Procedure of FBiH, thereby enabling the implementation of enforcement decisions from the Decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH AP-376/20.
