KS Assembly discusses Draft Budget for 2023

(Patria) - The KS Assembly is discussing the Draft Budget of Sarajevo Canton for 2023 at today's session. Unions have called on assembly members not to adopt the Draft until the salaries of all workers on the KS Budget are increased by the same amount, not as proposed by the KS Government because not all workers are covered.

Also on the agenda is the Draft Law on the Execution of the Sarajevo Canton Budget for 2023, and the Proposal of the Decision on the dismissal of the Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton.

By February 25, the 'trojka' parties should agree on the name of the mandate holder for the formation of the new KS Government. The appointment of the new Government is expected in the first decade of March.

5 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton and the Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton, for the conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement of a temporary facility for demolition, between Sarajevo Canton, Ministry of Transport - Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton and the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton on one side and Tucaković Ilijaz on the other side, for the purpose of building the "IX" transversal - roundabout in Safeta Zajke street, in accordance with the Decision on the adoption of the Framework for Property Acquisition and Compensation for the Implementation of the Project of Construction of City Roads in Sarajevo Canton No.: 01-04-19714/21 ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton", No.: 18/21);

6 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton and the Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton for the conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement of a temporary facility for demolition, between Sarajevo Canton, Ministry of Transport – Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton and the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton on one side and Tucaković Iljaz on the other side, for the purpose of building the "IX" transversal – roundabout in Safeta Zajke street, in accordance with the Decision on the adoption of the Framework for Property Acquisition and Compensation for the Implementation of the Project of Construction of City Roads in Sarajevo Canton ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton", No.: 18/21 and 5/23)

7 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton and the Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton for the conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement of illegally constructed facilities for demolition, between Sarajevo Canton, Ministry of Transport – Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton and the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton on one side and "Bosnaplast" d.o.o. Sarajevo on the other side, for the purpose of building the "IX" transversal – roundabout in Safeta Zajke street, in accordance with the Decision on the adoption of the Framework for Property Acquisition and Compensation for the Implementation of the Project of Construction of City Roads in Sarajevo Canton ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton", No.: 18/21 and 5/23);

8 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent for the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement for an illegally constructed residential building, stable, dryer and greenhouse, all built on cadastral parcel 173, 174/1 and cadastral parcel 174/3, Cadastral Municipality Kobilja glava, between the Directorate for Roads of Sarajevo Canton and the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton on one side and Sivac Salih on the other side in accordance with the Decision on the adoption of the Framework for Property Acquisition and Compensation for the Implementation of the Project of Construction of City Roads in Sarajevo Canton ("Official Gazette of Sarajevo Canton", No.: 18/21) for demolition for the purpose of constructing the I transversal, Kobilja glava tunnel.

9 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton for the conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement of real estate marked as cadastral parcel number 22, construction site, Cadastral Municipality SP_Sarajevo Mahala LXVIII, which according to the new survey corresponds to cadastral parcel number 2386/1, Cadastral Municipality Sarajevo V, between the Institute for the Development of Sarajevo Canton on one side and the University of Sarajevo on the other side;

10 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Financial Plan of the Public Institution "Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton" Sarajevo for 2023 with the Decision on the Execution of the Financial Plan of the Public Institution "Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton" Sarajevo for 2023;

11 Proposal of the Decision on determining the existence of public interest for the establishment of the Public Institution Primary School "ROSULJE" Vogošća;

12 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent for the establishment of a private secondary school named - QSI International School of Sarajevo – QSI International Quality School Sarajevo

13 Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the proposal of the Lease Agreement for business premises of the Business Building KJP Centar "Skenderija" d.o.o. Sarajevo, concluded between the Ministry of Transport of Sarajevo Canton and KJP Centar "Skenderija" d.o.o. Sarajevo;
