KS Assembly on November 30 on KS Budget for 2022 and Džena Gadžun's death case

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - According to the conclusion of the Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, the 45th working session of the Assembly will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

The Draft Budget of KS for 2022, as well as the Draft Law on its execution, will be the first items on this session's agenda.

Information on the case of the deceased girl Džena Gadžun from Kakanj will also be presented to the deputies.

At the same session, the Assembly will also vote on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Reporting and Verification of Property Data of Public Office Holders in Sarajevo Canton, and on the Proposal of the Decision on Joint Execution of Competencies with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the framework of the overall public administration reform.

The Proposal of the Decision on Granting Consent to the Amendments to the Financial Plan of the Public Institution "Employment Service of Sarajevo Canton" for 2021, the Proposal of the Decision on Granting Consent to the Draft Work Program with the Financial Plan of the Sarajevo Canton Fund for Scholarships and Education of Children of Veterans, Fallen Veterans and Fallen Civilians - War Victims "IKRE" for 2022 are items on the agenda of this session.

Also, the Proposal of the Decision on Granting Consent to the Draft Lease Agreement between KJKP "Rad" and the company "Instigo" d.o.o. Sarajevo, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on Protection of Mountain Springs of Drinking Water of the Sarajevo Water Supply System and Part of the Open Flow of the Mošćanica River will be considered.

Proposals of decisions on harmonizing the status of public enterprises "Sarajevo-šume", "ZOI '84", Agricultural Estate "Butmir" and Centers "Skenderija" are also on the agenda of this session.

The continuation of the 44th session of the KS Assembly, whose work was interrupted last week, will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
