Canton Sarajevo Assembly to adopt amendments to two police laws on September 28

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly agreed that the next 29th working session of the Assembly will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020, starting at 10:00 AM. This session will also be organized online and broadcast live on TVSA.

As planned, at the very beginning of the session, after representatives' questions and initiatives, proposals for amendments to the Law on Police Officers and the Law on Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton will be considered under an urgent procedure.

The agenda will also include the Proposal for amendments to the Law on Adult Education. Representatives will also discuss the Proposal for a decision on accepting debt under the Loan Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the Project "Public Transport Sarajevo Part 3".

Furthermore, the Proposal for a decision on granting consent for signing a property exchange agreement between Sarajevo Canton and Omerbašić Nurija will be considered, in accordance with Article 23 of the FBiH Law on Expropriation, for the construction of the twin-tube tunnel "Kobilja glava" - the I transversal road from the border with the Centar Municipality to the end of the tunnel in Vogošća.

At this session, representatives will also analyze the Proposal for a decision on adopting the "Energy Balance of Sarajevo Canton for 2020".

Representatives will consider proposals for 11 decisions on granting consent for apartment purchase agreements for: Amel Ajdinović, Dženana and Sadik Dautović, Larisa and Gorica Drinjaković, Benjamin Buzar, Kemal Plakalo, Nedim and Nejra Čaušević, Jasmin Kepeš, Paša Kahriman, Sanela Mirvić, Salmir Kaplan, and Nada Polunić.
