Feroelektro Assembly: Why does the FBiH Government not implement the ruling and terminate the contract with the Stanić family?

Today at 3:00 PM, the Feroelektro assembly will be held in the Energoinvest premises, reports the Patria news agency.

- I don't even know how many times, at least the third, the FBiH Government fails to legally schedule and hold the Feroelektro Assembly for the purpose of removing the current and electing a new Supervisory Board, all with the aim of implementing the ruling on the termination of the Contract for the sale of Feroelektro to the Stanić family – says Halil Čengić, one of the shareholders of this company.

This Assembly will certainly be subject to litigation, Čengić claims, given that the agenda refers to the Assembly which the Stanić family contested due to formal deficiencies deliberately made by the then Government representative at the Assembly.

- I remind you that the ruling on the termination of the Contract was passed back in November 2014. So for almost a year and a half, the Government has not wanted to implement that ruling. I say it does not want to because it is simply impossible that no one in the Government, and none of those engaged by the Government, knows how to schedule and hold an Assembly. Especially since I, after consultations with experts on this issue, instructed them on what to do a year ago! But they still do it their own way - adds Čengić.

Furthermore, he says that the only thing left for him as a shareholder of this company is to turn to law enforcement agencies!
