Acting on the order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in the area of Sarajevo, deprived of liberty a person with initials M.O. (1974), due to reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense under Article 240, paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of BiH „Disclosure of the identity of a protected witness“, reports the Patria news agency.
- The person deprived of liberty, after criminal processing in the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, was handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for further proceedings - said SIPA.
