Acting on an international warrant, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in the area of Mostar deprived of liberty a person for whom the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia, through Interpol, had issued an international warrant for arrest and extradition to the Republic of Croatia, with the aim of executing a verdict of the Municipal Court in Zagreb for the criminal offense of fraud.
The person deprived of liberty, after criminal processing at the premises of the SIPA Regional Office in Mostar, was handed over to the competent judge of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for further proceedings regarding extradition.
