SIPA arrested Fahrudin Radončić

Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, SIPA police officers arrested Radončić Fahrudin, it was announced by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, reports the Patria News Agency.

The mentioned suspect is under investigation and is suspected of the criminal offense of obstruction of justice (Article 241 of the BiH Criminal Code).

Concurrently with the arrest, searches are being conducted at several locations by order of the BiH Court. At this moment, to protect the investigation, the BiH Prosecutor's Office and SIPA cannot provide further information to the public, and we ask media representatives for understanding, it was announced by the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

SIPA confirmed that Radončić was arrested in the Hadžići area as part of the operational action "Lutka2". He was taken to SIPA's official premises for criminal processing, SIPA announced.
