SIPA police officers today arrested one person in the area of Čapljina, writes Patria.
The search of the premises and the arrest were carried out under the orders of the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that the arrested person committed the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population.
After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, the arrested person will be handed over to the competent prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for further proceedings.
