SIPA searches premises of BiH citizen who participated in the war in Ukraine

By order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and the BiH Court, SIPA police officers in the northwestern part of BiH conducted investigative activities and searched premises used by one person, in connection with the criminal offense under Article 162 b of the BiH Criminal Code (illegal formation and joining of foreign paramilitary or paramilitary formations), it was announced from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, writes Patria.

The activities relate to the prosecution of a BiH citizen suspected of participating in a foreign battlefield in Ukraine.
