The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an order to SIPA to inspect the operations of the company „Bosnalijek“ and to inspect the purchase of shares of this company from HADEN, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria (NAP).
As we learn, searches will be conducted at more than 20 locations in connection with this case, and the investigative actions should uncover a criminal network that has been buying shares of companies on the stock exchange for years using the same system, but with very suspicious money.
Zijad Blekić, the general owner of the brokerage house "Eurohaus", and high-ranking officials of the SDP and SDA, Damir Hadžić and Asim Sarajlić, are directly involved in the entire suspicious purchase of „Bosnalijek“ shares from various funds. They were in direct contact throughout the sale of „Bosnalijek“ shares, so it is known that during that period it was always said that part of the SDP (Hadžić) and SDA (Sarajlić) had a firm grip on the stock exchange.
Incidentally, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH initiated this case under certain „orders“ from the Americans, because HADEN is in Russian hands, which, according to Patria's data, currently owes „Bosnalijek“ around 40 million KM. The debt is being created because they want to secure their own money and the money of „investors“ invested in the purchase of shares.
HADEN holds 29 percent of the shares of this pharmaceutical company, and as our source reveals, Sarajlić, Hadžić and Blekić were seen together on several occasions having coffee at the time when the shares were being traded.
We recall that in 2010, the American company „Alvogen“ planned to open over 200 new jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and they did not hide the intentions of the American company Alvogen Inc to become the leading shareholder of „Bosnalijek“ through a transaction that would be, as reported, "one of the largest American investments in BiH".
At that time, the management of „Bosnalijek“ responded with an announcement in which they stated that „Alvogen“ had disappointed their expectations and accused this pharmaceutical company of "suspicious investment plans". At that time, one of the most powerful pharmaceutical companies in the world fled BiH head over heels.
-And, that is the goal and we are moving in that direction. The investigation should also include all brokerage houses that operate illegally, but also uncover suspicious money, i.e., classic money laundering through which „Bosnalijek“ was actually bought – says our source.
Now the Prosecutor's Office is investigating the suspicious investment plans of HADEN, which is not even a resident in our country. Also involved in the HADEN story is „Sberbanka BH“ (Sberbank is otherwise under EU sanctions), which approved a loan of seven million KM to HADEN (?!), and according to the law, no bank in BiH can give a loan to non-resident companies.
The controversial Aleksandar Hrkač is also involved in the whole story, who offered money to small shareholders and sales outside the stock exchange, and later sold those same shares to HADEN for a significantly lower amount than he bought them for.
For example, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank, sold its 8.37 percent stake to Hrkač, who later sold those shares to the mysterious Luxembourg-based HADEN. The shares were sold for 13 KM, and the entire transaction went through the brokerage house Eurohaus.
Suspicion about the entire sale of „Bosnalijek“ shares is also raised by the fact that no one questioned why the price of the shares, which were being actively traded, remained the same for months. A major role in this is played by Hasan Ćelam, the president of the Securities Commission of the FBiH, who is a godfather to Zijad Blekić, and who ultimately registered HADEN's Supervisory Board in the securities.
As Patria learns, the debt to Ćelam was paid off in such a way that, despite the expiration of his five-year mandate back in May 2009, he remained at the helm of the KOMVP, after the FBiH Government, and later the FBiH Parliament, established the infamous authentic interpretation of the document.
Incidentally, a few months ago, Ćelam's son allegedly became one of the IT directors at „Bosnalijek“.
Also, as it is said in the Prosecutor's Office, the extensive operation and investigative procedure will include the examination of documents, witness hearings, all with the aim of uncovering the mafia from the stock exchange.
