The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) has, in the past period, acted on requests from the BiH Prosecutor's Office to seize certain documentation from several legal entities, which was forwarded to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings, and the investigation in the "Bosnalijek" case is led by the BiH Prosecutor's Office, said Kristina Jozić, acting spokesperson for SIPA, for the BiH news agency Patria.
We remind you that SIPA, on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, seized certain documentation from the company "Bosnalijek" and other legal entities, in connection with the purchase of shares of this company with suspicious money by HADEN.
Searches were carried out at more than 20 locations. As the Patria agency previously wrote, Zijad Blekić, general owner of the brokerage house "Eurohaus", as well as high-ranking officials of SDP and SDA, Damir Hadžić and Asim Sarajlić, are directly involved in the suspicious purchase of "Bosnalijek" shares from various funds. They were in direct contact throughout the sale of "Bosnalijek" shares, so it is known that during that period it was always said that a part of SDP (Hadžić) and SDA (Sarajlić) heavily controlled the stock exchange.
Even when SIPA was seizing documentation, Hadžić, Sarajlić, Nedim Uzunović, director of Bosnalijek, were seen together with state prosecutor Dubravko Čampara.
We did not receive an answer to our inquiry about the stage of the investigation in the "Bosnalijek" case from the BiH Prosecutor's Office, although 15 days have passed.
