SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In connection with the elections held in October 2018, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) submitted a report on the existence of grounds for suspicion that the criminal offense under Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina "Election fraud" had been committed, SIPA announced.
The report was submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and it covers five persons who served as presidents and members of polling station committees at one polling station in the municipality of Gračanica during the past elections.
