The searches were carried out due to reasonable suspicion that the criminal offenses of "Organized Crime", "Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs" and "Money Laundering" as prescribed by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" as prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Republika Srpska, had been committed.

Five persons were deprived of liberty and taken to SIPA premises for criminal processing and questioning as suspects, after which they will be handed over to the further jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
