(Patria) - Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) yesterday (07/24/2024) arrested one person in the area of Sanski Most.
The person was arrested due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of "Preventing an official in the performance of official duties" stipulated by the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Also, acting on an oral order from the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a search of the apartment and other premises used by the suspect was carried out, during which items that could serve as evidence that the mentioned criminal offense was committed were discovered and temporarily confiscated.
The arrested person, after criminal processing at SIPA premises, was handed over to the further jurisdiction of the acting prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cooperation was established with police officers of the Una-Sana Canton in the mentioned activities.
