Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) yesterday (January 25, 2016), in the operational action „Lutka 2“, in the area of Hadžići deprived of liberty a person with initials F.R. (Fahrudin Radončić, ed.) due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of obstructing the judiciary and searched facilities at three locations in the Sarajevo area. These activities were carried out pursuant to orders of the Court of BiH and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, SIPA announced, as reported by the Patria agency.
- The person deprived of liberty was brought to the official premises of SIPA for criminal investigation which is still ongoing. Also, other evidentiary actions are being undertaken (searches, witness hearings, etc.).
After the criminal investigation, the person deprived of liberty will be handed over to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH during the day, along with a Report on the committed criminal offense and perpetrators, for further processing. At this stage of the investigation, we cannot provide other information to the public - SIPA announced.
