SIPA arrested two people this morning for war crimes

Acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) arrested two people this morning in the areas of Bihać and Sarajevo for war crimes, reports the Patria News Agency.

The arrested individuals are identified by initials M. J. (1968) and S. V. (1966) due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of crimes against humanity, in the area of Livno during 1992, in connection with individual and command responsibility and Article 29 of the BiH Criminal Code complicity.

The arrested individuals will be brought to the official premises of SIPA, where criminal processing will be carried out, after which they will be handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings, according to the press release from SIPA.
