Six Special Police Officers of the RS MUP Arrested for Robbery of Armored Cash Vehicle

Six members of the Special Police of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska were arrested last night for the robbery of an armored vehicle of the company “Sektor Security” on September 22 last year on the Banja Luka - Gradiška highway, near the place Cerovljani, ATV unofficially learns, reports the BH news agency Patria.

As we learn, the arrested are active members of the special police. One of them failed a polygraph test, while two refused the polygraph examination.

The robbers then stole 600 thousand marks, and it is money from “Unicredit Bank” that was supposed to be transported to the headquarters in Zagreb. In the shooting, in which automatic rifles and a rocket launcher “zolja” were used, “Sektor Security” employee Đurađ Bajić was wounded.

The Audi A6 car used in the robbery was found two days later hidden in a grove, in the hamlet of Baraji, not far from the place where the robbery occurred.
