(Patria) - Six of the seven arrested individuals linked to the terrorist attack in Bosanska Krupa have been handed over to the jurisdiction of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, SIPA confirmed to BHRT.
The attack on the Police Station was characterized as an act of terrorism, and the investigation has been taken over by the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
Within the legal deadline of 24 hours, a decision will be made on the motion for detention, after which more details can be announced, the BiH Prosecutor's Office stated.
The suspects are under investigation and are directly linked to the minor perpetrator of the terrorist act in Bosanska Krupa, as well as the process of his indoctrination within the framework of the activities of extra-institutional religious associations within which the suspected perpetrator also moved.
In that tragic event, Ozren Maran from Bosanski Novi lost his life, while his colleague Avdo Hasanović from Bosanska Krupa was seriously injured.
The minor attacker was arrested, and a one-month detention was ordered for him at a hearing before the Municipal Court in Bosanska Krupa.
