In case the leader of Serbian radicals Vojislav Šešelj comes to the Croatian border, he will be banned from entering Croatia based on the Aliens Act, reports the Patria News Agency.
The Croatian Ministry of the Interior, as Index writes, has sent a notice to border crossings to deny Šešelj entry into Croatia based on two articles of the Aliens Act.
"The Ministry of the Interior, based on Articles 36 and 38 of the Aliens Act and Article 5 of the Schengen Borders Code, has banned Šešelj from entering the Republic of Croatia," confirmed the government spokesperson.
"Let him come, and we will arrest him," Prime Minister Tihomir Orešković said via the public relations service.
