Outgoing Croatian Prime Minister Tihomir Orešković stated that the leader of the Serbian Radical Party Vojislav Šešelj will be arrested if he attempts to enter Croatia, reports the Patria News Agency.
"I think we all know that Šešelj is a persona non grata in Croatia and by that definition he is not welcome, and if he comes, he will be arrested," Orešković told RTL television.
The Croatian Foreigners Act provides for the possibility of denying entry to a foreigner to Croatia due to the danger of jeopardizing public order in Croatia, national security, or public health.
