(Patria) - A hacker attack has been ongoing since Friday on the servers and official website of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, while the website of the Council of Ministers of BiH has been unavailable since Saturday.
The website is inaccessible, and the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and the Intelligence Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (OSA) are working on the case. There is no official information from these two agencies regarding this case.
At the beginning of this month, the Intelligence Security Agency of BiH called on institutions and individuals to protect their information and communication systems.
"Given that a large number of cyber incidents motivated by the achievement of various illegal goals have been registered recently in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region, the Intelligence Security Agency of BiH calls on all institutions and the private sector to perform a security assessment of their information and communication systems and to take the necessary preventive protection measures and procedures," OSA urged.
Given the server blockade, the question is how capable state institutions are of performing their tasks.
