Will Selman's decision on Lukač be subject to police and prosecution investigation?

Everything or almost everything is known about Sead Selman, the president of the Independent Board who, despite the Decisions of the Government of the Federation of BiH to the contrary, convened this working body of the Federal Parliament and re-appointed Dragan Lukač as director of the FUP.

From his disciplinary offenses to being the only police officer who can be a member of certain boards and receive financial compensation for it, writes the Patria news agency.

The peak of Selman's ignorance and proof that the appointment process of Lukač is completely politicized and done by dictate is the latest decision of the Independent Board on Lukač, which is completely unclear.

Is it a decision on appointment or a decision on a proposal for appointment? If it is about appointment, then it is final. If it is a proposal for appointment, then it is sent further for consideration.

The decision signed by Selman is full of legal and other inconsistencies. And that is quite understandable, because the president of the Independent Board is a chemist, not a lawyer, and he did not know how to write it differently. Besides, he is working by dictate.

Thus, he referred to the old Law on Internal Affairs of the FBiH, and not the new one, after the publication of which candidate applications for the position of director arrived, and emphasized that the Conclusions of the Government of the FBiH were considered and defined as unfounded!?

Therefore, the Government's Conclusions were not rejected, but were rejected as unfounded, only no one to date, except Selman, knows why they are unfounded. The explanation is, of course, missing, because he doesn't know either, nor do his political protectors know what is controversial. But, he was told to write it that way.

Furthermore, Selman called this act a Decision on the final proposal!?

To whom is this a proposal, to whom is he proposing Lukač for director, when the Decision states that it enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH.

Once again, a farce is happening before the eyes of the public when it comes to respecting the law, and by those who are responsible for its implementation.

Therefore, it should not be surprising if this decision soon becomes the subject of police and prosecution investigation. Then the knot of all illegalities committed in the FUP under Lukač's direct control, and Selman as the "contractor" of the works, will begin to unravel.
