-My mom Jasminka did not send money for ISIL weapons. Whoever thinks she did is wrong. When we heard the news, we were shocked and couldn't believe someone could make such accusations, said Šejla Ramić for WREX Television, reports the Patria News Agency.
Šejla stated that her mother is innocent and that the accusations are unfounded. She added that Jasminka would never support terrorism or send money for the killing of innocent people.
- My mom has a big heart, she always cares for others and helps everyone, said Šejla.
Jasminka Ramić is one of five people arrested in the USA, accused of conspiracy and supporting armed groups worldwide, including ISIL.
In addition to her, Ramiz Zijad Hodžić (40), his wife Sedina Unkić Hodžić (35), Armin Harčević (37), Mediha Mady Salkičević (34), and Nihad Rosić (26) are also accused.
