SEIC finalizes 12 million BAM investment: A valuable new facility!

"Southeast European Investment Company - SEIC", currently one of the leading private investors in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is finalizing the construction of a large residential building in the center of Sarajevo worth 12 million BAM, reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).

The residential building "City Garden" above Čobanija in Sarajevo combines, as stated by the investors, a residential ambiance in a unique green oasis of peace, with a magnificent panoramic view of Sarajevo.

This is a new multi-million investment by the company, whose owners are investors from Europe and the Middle East, and which has already built the residential building "Dvor", also in the very center of Sarajevo, and is also building the hotel "Marriot Residence Inn", also in the capital of BiH.

As we learn, this will not be the last investment of this company in real estate construction in BiH. Through investments, not only is the construction sector engaged, but SEIC, by building residential buildings, facilitates and encourages the arrival of wealthy investors and businessmen to Sarajevo and contributes to the country's economic growth.

The completion of works on this beautiful facility is planned for November this year.

On six floors, there are 41 residential apartments, ranging in size from 40 m2 to the largest penthouse of 370 m2, with outdoor and indoor garage space. The common areas of the hobby center, with 352 square meters, include a fitness center and a children's playroom.

- The highest quality standards have been met in terms of sound and thermal insulation, as well as cooling and heating systems. We have also ensured the highest level of security with complete video surveillance, alarm systems, and a direct connection to the intervention system of security agencies - state the company, reports NAP.
