SDP Tuzla wrote to the Prosecutor's Office: The job advertisement drew a profile of a cadre to be placed in the Lukavac Municipality

Several young safety engineers informed the Cantonal Board of the SDP in Tuzla about a serious violation of the law in the procedure of announcing a competition for one position "Professional associate for measures of sheltering people and material goods, protection and rescue from collapses and landslides, and environmental protection in the Civil Protection Service". The competition for one executor was announced by the Agency for Civil Service of Bosnia and Herzegovina, writes the news agency Patria.

As a special condition, possession of a "Certificate of international standards and legal regulations in the field of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina" was stated. This is a certificate awarded to participants of the Summer University in 2012. After that, such a course was no longer held, so it is obvious that this advertisement drew a profile of a party cadre who must be placed. 

This is a violation of the law by the Lukavac municipality and the Agency for Civil Service. Competitions must not prescribe additional conditions beyond those directly related to the specific job position and listed in the systematization, and especially not conditions that would discriminate against any candidate. 

The Cantonal Board of the SDP sent this statement to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Tuzla to determine abuse of authority, negligent work, discrimination based on the right to work, and job rigging. We expect the opening of an investigation and accountability, they announced from this party. This is a rare case of a party reacting to illegal employment.
