SDA: BiH will not go to hell, but the economy of RS will go bankrupt if Dodik continues as he started

Milorad Dodik, in his latest appearance on TV N1, continued with worn-out platitudes that he himself no longer believes in – that he will abolish the state Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH, that everything will fall apart like a house of cards, that the representatives of Serbs in the Council of Ministers are traitors, that Bosnia and Herzegovina will go to hell…, the SDA announced, writes Patria.

Dodik, with his persistent shouting against Bosnia and Herzegovina, imposing nationalist and secessionist topics, tries to divert attention from real issues and problems that increasingly affect the citizens of Republika Srpska, from corruption, poverty, and bankruptcy that looms like a specter over the entity where Dodik and his SNSD have ruled sovereignly for the past ten years.

Dodik knows very well that he can neither abolish the Constitutional Court, nor the Court of BiH, nor the state Prosecutor's Office, nor will he dare to risk peace in the country and the region with a referendum that calls into question the integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Soon, the impoverished citizens of RS will also realize this, to whom their very wealthy president will have to answer questions that have been hanging in the air for years. And Dodik will fulfill his "Questionnaire", and answer questions like the following:

– Why are the citizens of RS twice as indebted per capita as the citizens of the Federation of BiH?

– Why are incomes and pensions in RS 20% lower than incomes and pensions in the Federation?

– Why does RS participate with only 22% in the total consumption of BiH, and with 25% in net exports, if a third of BiH's population lives there?

– Why is the banking system in RS collapsing, while it is stable in the Federation?

– What is his role in the collapse of the RS banking system? What loans did he and his family members receive from banks that are on the verge of collapse? Where did he get the money to buy villas in Belgrade?

– Why is the RS pension fund on the verge of collapse?

– How was the money from the sale of telecom operators in RS spent? Where did 600 million Euros disappear? How is it possible that RS is not economically and financially better off than the Federation, which did not sell BH Telecom?

– Why does Dodik constantly dispute the achieved level of reforms in BiH and BiH institutions such as the Court, Prosecutor's Office, intelligence service, army, etc., when none of these reforms were adopted without the votes of the SNSD as a party and Milorad Dodik as its president? Why does he constantly accuse the international community for these reforms when that same international community made him a leader and brought him to power. Why doesn't he accuse the international community for that?

– How many young and educated people have emigrated from RS in the last year, how many are preparing to leave it? Isn't the greatest betrayal of one's own people destroying their hope and perspective, quarreling them with their neighbors, and making them the poorest in Europe?

The political offensive of Dodik and his satellites against the state judiciary indicates that Milorad Dodik has only one interest – to avoid prosecution. Behind the years of parrot-like repetition of sweeping attacks on the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH and calls for the abolition of these institutions lies an unwillingness to one day stand before them. Dodik, without any arguments, accused the SDA of "interference and control" in the judicial institutions of BiH, while the facts point to a completely different picture. In the entity institutions, where his SNSD has implemented its vision of judicial reforms and the rule of law, the judge who judges and prosecutes is the one appointed by Milorad Dodik.

Unable to secure himself from criminal prosecution in this way, Dodik threatens the state with "new processes", but his arrogance has no basis. A decade of lies and deception in the RS entity has strengthened the regime under the leadership of Milorad Dodik, but this regime is incapable of generating development and progress, which is why it is only a matter of time before it collapses like a house of cards under the pressure of its own citizens. Milorad Dodik's threats, delivered in a coachman's tone, cannot hide his fear of the moment when Bosnia and Herzegovina becomes a functional and prosperous state, a member of the EU and NATO alliance, and only he will go to hell – the SDA announced.
