SDA and HDZ have already completed all appointments: Constitutional Court of FBiH to rule on Democratic Front's request

The Constitutional Court of FBiH will today publicly announce the ruling on the Request for determining the constitutionality of the Decree on exercising authorities in companies with state capital from the jurisdiction of the Federation of BiH, in the part concerning the List of companies in which the Government of FBiH has authority, writes the Patria News Agency.

The Vice President of FBiH, Milan Dunović (DF), submitted this appeal on June 9, after the Government of the Federation (SDA-HDZBIH) adopted this document on June 4, by outvoting the then ministers from the Democratic Front.

In his appeal, Dunović stated that the Decree did not comply with the laws regulating the competencies of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry. Also, as stated in the appeal, these competencies were unconstitutionally and illegally transferred to the Government of FBiH.
