(Patria) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Russia for a working visit, the Tass agency reported.
Earlier it was announced that the Belarusian leader had traveled to Russia for talks with Russian
President Vladimir Putin on September 15.
The report does not specify where the meeting will be held.
As the main topics of the talks, the news agency cited international and regional affairs. The presidents will also discuss joint efforts in the economy, such as the manufacturing industry, agriculture and other sectors, as well as work in the area of import substitution.
Lukashenko and Putin last spoke in St. Petersburg on June 23.
In addition to economic cooperation, the presidents touched on many other issues, including
the progress of the "Russian special military operation" in Ukraine, as Russia calls the invasion of the
neighboring country, and the increased activity of NATO in Poland.
