
(Patria) - Milan Radoičić (45) was questioned today at the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade on suspicion that he, along with currently unknown persons, committed the criminal offenses of conspiracy to commit criminal offenses, illegal production, possession, carrying, and trafficking of firearms and explosive materials, and serious offenses against public safety.
According to the order for the conduct of the investigation, he is accused of procuring weapons, ammunition, and explosive devices of great destructive power from Tuzla from January 2023 to September 24, and that they were delivered to him in the territory of Belgrade, most often on the Bubanj Potok – Vrčin stretch. It is stated that he then transported and stored them at undetermined locations in the territory of Kosovo, where he hid them in abandoned buildings and forests, and as the leader of the group with several unknown persons, through joint action and an act of general danger, he caused danger to people's lives in the village of Banjska in the territory of Kosovo on September 24.
After the questioning, the prosecutor's office proposed to the pre-trial judge of the Higher Court in Belgrade to order detention for the suspect due to the risk of flight, writes Telegraf.
Milan Radoičić, a controversial businessman who, according to his own statements, is the organizer of the attack by Serbian terrorists in Banjska, Kosovo on September 24, in which one police officer was killed and three attackers were liquidated, was arrested today in Serbia.
