Sarajevo police arrest man and woman, pistol, automatic rifle, and ammunition found during search

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Fourth Police Administration arrested two persons for illegal possession of weapons or explosive materials. During a search of the vehicle used by T.B., born in 1970, and T.S., born in 1975, and the house they use, a pistol of the brand “CZ”, cal. 7.65 mm with two magazines, 8 rounds cal. 7.65 mm, an automatic rifle cal. 7.62 mm, 13 magazines for the automatic rifle, 245 rounds for the automatic rifle cal. 7.62 mm, 60 pistol rounds cal. 6.35 mm, and 12 rounds for a small-caliber rifle cal. 5.6 mm were found and seized.

The prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton was informed, and T.S. and T.B. were handed over to the Unit for Security of Facilities and Detention of Persons Deprived of Liberty of the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.

Police officers continue working on clarifying and documenting the aforementioned criminal offenses.
