Sarajevo police confiscated seven pistols, three rifles, four knives, ammunition in October

(Patria) - According to the latest report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton Police Administration, published on December 14 for the month of October, Sarajevo police carried out activities to confiscate illegally possessed weapons and other items.

In October, seven pistols, three rifles, four knives, 58 rounds of ammunition of various calibers, and two items suitable for inflicting bodily harm were confiscated in the Sarajevo Canton area.

In the same month, 236 permits for the acquisition of firearms and 203 firearms licenses were issued to individuals.

In October, six cars were stolen in the Sarajevo Canton area. In the same period, two motor vehicles were found and returned by police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton Police Administration.

Due to the existence of grounds for suspicion of involvement in the theft of motor vehicles, an official report was filed against one person with the competent prosecutor's office.
