(Patria) - Police officers of the Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse, under the supervision of the prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton (KS) Prosecutor's Office, carried out an operational action codenamed "Doctor".
During searches conducted in the Ilidža municipality, one automatic rifle with an optical sight and an accompanying magazine, several rounds of 7.62 caliber ammunition, one pistol, a certain amount of substance suspected to be marijuana in several PVC packages, several mobile phones, and other items of interest to the investigation were found and seized.
Due to grounds for suspicion of committing the criminal offenses of "Illegal possession of weapons and explosives", "Possession and enabling the use of narcotic drugs", and a criminal offense from Article 74 of the Law on Narcotic Drug Abuse of KS, a male F.K. (2003), born in Bužim, residing in Sarajevo, was deprived of his liberty.
The suspect is undergoing criminal processing at the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton.
