Sarajevo police arrest robbers, violent offenders and tax evaders

On Friday, December 11 at 6:00 AM, police officers of the Third Police Station arrested DŽ. M., born in 1997 from Sarajevo, on suspicion of having committed robbery in an earlier period, reports the Patria news agency.

The duty prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office was informed about the arrest. The arrested person was released after the criminal investigation was completed.

Two hours later, members of the First Police Station, Center Police Station, arrested B. J., born in 1990 from Sarajevo, based on a search warrant from the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, Second Police Station, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior in an earlier period. After the criminal investigation, B.J. was released.

Also on Friday, December 11, members of the Second Police Station arrested S.A., born in 1986 from Sarajevo, based on a search warrant from the Ministry of Interior of Zenica-Doboj Canton. The arrested person was handed over to the further jurisdiction of police officers of the Olovo Police Station.

Around 3:10 PM the same day, police officers of the First Police Station, Center Police Station, arrested K. A., born in 1965 from Sarajevo, based on a search warrant issued by the same First Police Station, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of tax evasion in an earlier period. After the criminal investigation, he was released, as announced by the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton.
